Comprehensive mental health evaluations are available for veterans seeking professional documentation to support a VA disability claim. Evaluations may include a clinical assessment, review of symptoms and history, diagnosis when appropriate, and a detailed written report documenting how your mental health symptoms affect your daily life and functioning. Nexus statements will also be included in the evaluation if appropriate.

Initial mental health evaluations are currently available only to veterans located in Florida, Alabama or Louisiana.

The fee for a Mental Health Evaluation is $450 and is collected via credit card at the time of your appointment.
