The cost for a standalone Independent Medical Opinion or Nexus Letter is $450. This fee includes a review of relevant records, preparation of the Nexus Letter or Independent Medical Opinion, and relevant clinical research and supporting literature, when appropriate, to provide a thorough, evidence based professional opinion regarding your claim.
